The Secretariat will now be managing room allocation for side meetings in an effort to mitigate errors and ensure a more digestible view. To schedule a side meeting: 1. Find out when each room is available on our public Trello board: https://trello.com/b/R7yDMPyl 2. Fill out the Side Meeting Request Form: https://www.ietf.org/side-meetings/ 3. The Secretariat will be allocating spots on a first-come, first-served basis.
