[MB] You would have had no concerns whatsoever about what to eat in
Beijing.  I ended up with basically a private chef (Chef Eric) who I would
ask for when I went to eat at the hotel restaurant and he would prepare
whatever I wanted (gluten free). Although, I honestly have no desire
whatsoever to go back to Beijing due to the air quality - we got really
lucky the week we were there - you could actually see mountains.[/MB]
