With IETF rate, Conrad is 480,000 KRW per night. (not the 235,000 per night). Why?

Re the Conrad.  There appear to be no rooms available for Friday night at the end of the week at the IETF rate, but you can book a shorter period.   When you enter your dates, check the flexible dates box  to get an idea of what's available.  

I was able to book a Friday room of the same class at a 50% premium to the IETF rate by using the normal Hilton website.  Not perfect, but usable.
