We always evaluate the risks when entering into contracts, especially hotel contracts into the future. We feel very comfortable with the risk for the meeting in San Francisco in 2021 at the Hilton with the combination of attrition, block reduction, and cancellation provisions that are in the contract and the multi-event agreement we have with the Hilton. In my 10 years the Internet Society has never paid for a shortfall in filling IETF meeting guest rooms to which we have committed. My best for a happy and healthy new year. Ray > john > > >
