CERTAINLY this is good advice, CERTAINLY it is going to be wrong by
the time this document was published and read :( ugh... Yes, I agree
that this(the appendix) belongs in a document which we can revise
quickly when problems arise in the decision process which arrived at
the 'do not use' list :(
