... but the "everything else was normal" actually includes a number of 
options that are not relevant to remote participation and the form is long 
and confusing. How hard would it be to make a separate form for remote 
users with fewer steps and fewer options? Linking directly from the 
meetecho pages to a short form would be peachy.
