I have tried to not use the .txt extension in the docName.

The submission was accepted, without asking the txt file.

I think the question is in my interpretation of that 'full draft name' 
in the error message above.  It means to me a file name with txt extension.

Maybe 'full draft name' means just the name of draft but without the txt 
extension.
