I have to agree with Randy here.  I've done the nomcom job before, and I 
have to say, I was not sitting around looking for things to fill my time 
up with.  I seem to remember many "hair on fire" days/nights trying to 
close everything up by the appointed date.  I don't discount the value 
of the feedback, but I don't think adding it to the nomcom's plate is 
necessarily the most optimal solution.
