Yes, but, have you really read the rfc, which mentions
"the IETF Executive Director", too.

As the guideline says:

	considered inappropriate according to RFC 3005 or
	the Unprofessional Commentary Description

something considered inappropriate according to not rfc3005
but "the Unprofessional Commentary Description" only will be
censored without community consensus to do so.
