It is the 'desired expertise', you are right.  Thanks for the reminder.

To be honestly, it is more than appropriate to use the right 
terminology, but I personally (this is **not** the opinion of the IESG) 
do see it disproportionate to judge about the whole IESG, or subparts of 
it, to say that the IESG is believing to be tasked to set the requirements.

The wording wasn't correct and it is good that you have pointed this out.

It is clearly that the community is the driver, no doubt about it. And 
by the way that is also the reason for explicitly giving time to the 
community in the Transport Area Open meeting.
