Yeah. The last line above smacks of gaming a system within
the rules. I thought more companies did that TBH;-(

One other observation: I expected the "click here" in the
tracker to increase the size of the pool, but it doesn't seem
to have had that effect. Maybe it needs another year though,
as it was announced fairly close to the deadline.
