Dear IETF Trust,

I had an email exchange with IETF Trust about a year ago about the 
IETF Trust restructuring.  I could not find any announcement on 
IETF-announce regarding the finalization of the 2022-restructuring 
proposal.  I am interested in the grant of license for an 
Internet-Draft.  I would like to ask whether the IETF Trust could 
provide an update.
