I would like to suggest that in future notices, it lists where to look
up the comments? The only email addresses in the draft was
and the author, and the notice only had

I noticed the draft a few weeks ago and have been planning to follow it
and was unable to find any discussion list for the draft.

Do we need a mailing list for the development of non-wg
