I don't think anyone said anything too out of line, but there is a snotty
dismissiveness on the IETF lists sometimes.

SM is right. That one is way too much. It should just be a much more brief
and diplomatic version, like "You're welcome to raise the concern again."

The problem is that the current template sounds like it's giving English
lessons. No one knows what language I speak, so I'm not insisting on
anything. :)
