To try to close this off:

1.  Changed the following to remove "extrapolate", from 

"Consequently, this strategic plan should ideally clearly reflect the strategies of the IETF/IRTF/IAB. However, as those are neither well understood nor well defined, these are extrapolated from IETF/IRTF/IAB expressed administrative needs and desires." 

to 

"Consequently, this strategic plan should ideally clearly reflect the plans and goals of the IETF/IRTF/IAB, where they exist."


2.  Amended transformation #1 to not assume that IESG/IRSG/IAB will have a strategy, from

"LLC strategy closely aligned with the strategic objectives of IESG, IRSG and IAB"

to

"LLC strategy closely aligned with the plans and goals, where they exist, of IESG, IRSG and IAB"

Also amended accompanying narrative to match.
