BTW - The tracker info is saying this will obsolete RFC5378.   RFC5378 is referenced by several core IETF Trust documents and by non-IETF standards defining RFCs such as RFC5744.   Obsoleting RFC5378 would have many big impact in many places both inside and outside the IETF.
