We're way off topic here (when does that ever happen??), but since 
Interop was mentioned: The hotel did not allow (a conference rate for) 
"early arrival," that is to say Saturday before an event that started 
Monday morning, mainly for the reasons (allegedly) that "geeks don't 
gamble," but I do agree with John: I very much doubt we would actually
impact the cash flow of the casino, it's not like they would close it
to outsiders ;-)
