Dear Sir/Madam, Please do not approve the TLS authorization standard that includes a patent by RedPhone Security unless they agree to a royalty-free license. The Internet has grown and been successful due to its open and free nature. Many companies have attempted to restrict our freedom through proprietary file formats, seemingly lenient licenses (that the company later tightens), and DRM, all in the name of profit. The freedom of many is more important than the profit of the few. Michael Steiner mikej.steiner@yahoo.com
