Why did you not quote the rest of my post, where I said exactly that?

This trivializes the debate way too much and ascribes way too much power
to the BCP the TERM would aim to publish.

If we wish to right injustices, perhaps we should look at what we can do
to discourage certain nation states from using prison slave labor,
having political prisoners, or harvesting organs from prisoners.  I
suspect an actual proposal to do anything about that (I've some ideas if
you like) would go down like a piece of tungsten thrown in the ocean
over the Marianas trench.
