Not sure yet I will be able to join the next tools call.

Thinking some more about this.
I guess that most of us are interested mainly in the recent videos (like 
in my case, to create the meeting minutes).
So, if the cost (of a new hosting solution) is an issue, one possibility 
is to keep using Youtube for posterity but to host the recent videos in 
a different place, without login. Let's say a year or two (5 or 6 
face-to-face meetings + interim).
https://meetecho-player.ietf.org/playout/ would have to point to that 
different location for recent meetings.
