Re: IETF WG meetings and remote participation

I suppose that would require the chairs to provision the name of the draft that will be presented, so the authors can be identified and can use their credentials to upload.  And the chairs will need an override for presentations that are not for an existing draft, or people presenting on behalf of someone else.
