In the spirit of your draft:  s /one an author/once an author/ ;-)

As the draft says, the main thing is to get any reviews at all:
A "negative" review means that somebody bothered to read it, and
to note whatever attracted their attention.  I'm not sure if 
that needs a separate "review netiquette RFC", IMO it should be
a part of the "Tao", or the next Tao if it is not already clear.

Please use the term "review team" instead of "directorate".
