I would argue that the best way forward would be:
- Setup peertube server
- Import all videos
- See what happened

A mailinglist in parallel might be nice, but otherwise this likely ends
in a bike shed; Let's see what is possible. Also, as the others, happy
to dedicate a system with enough storage for peertube/CDN-ing to this.
