Yes it is inaccurate, but I say this from my experience and my point of view.

But even the percentage shown in the mentioned website doesn't makes us optimistic, because it took long time and we didn't feel any problem during that time because IPv4 was still available, but now after the depletion, the problem will start to be clear and visible for all.
