This is saddening news to wake up to. I had conversations with Fred
Baker a few times at ISC. He was an easy person to get on with and he
went to great lengths to advise on IETF things. He talked much about
IPv6 adoption in this part of the world and made sure drafts took IPv6
fully into account. Last I saw him, he was well and it is very saddening
to hear this news. I wish his family the best.
