Hi,
Below mentioned 1) and 2) are to get review of intellectuals. 3) is directly related to protocol development.

1) I was earlier proposing CBDC, Digital Dollar etc. It will have impact on Spam etc issues. IMHO, It's time to say good bye to Finance, Economy etc. We can develop world order which does not need currency.
Who and how valuation is decided?
In Complete Multimedia Recording (CMR), we will have equal valuation of product and services produced/ done by everyone.
Why people we work?
People will work to excel in their assigned job. In CMR, people will not be able to lie about efforts they put.
Systems will be developed where everyone's needs be fulfilled.

For Money, their is fight, when It will be gone, there will be no fight to gain control over the power, everyone will be okay. It will stop the fighting between the nations also.

I wanted to say the above, when common persons listen. But in spite of all efforts, I could not do so. It will NOT be liked by rich. But this is what is needed for betterment of mankind.
We need to define new world order.

2) We don’t have even proper forecasting of earth quakes. Yet I am thinking of avoiding it. It is due to plate movement. We can develop system where we can make the plates stationary. In doing so, how it will impact surface on which we live, needs to be analysed. It might impact geographical boundaries; we need to accommodate the effected humans in another geographic region (Nation). To have this system, we need Hardware, Software and Protocol as perfect as science. Even If we do not work on avoidance of earth quake, there is no proof that earth quake of higher intensity of Richter scale will not hit certain nation and we need accommodate the humans of that nation in other nations on humanitarian ground. We should avoid fighting on the national boundaries. We work as humans of one big family on earth, and concentrate on other problems mankind is facing. Who knows, there is life somewhere in the universe, and if they try conquer us, we need to stand united. So stop fighting among us for getting more power.
3)
Language is protocol of human minds.
Sanskrit is scientific language. It’s brevity to expression ratio is awesome.
But Protocol for communicating between computers is still not science after so many years / standards etc developed for it. IMHO, our understanding of problem domain is not proper.  I propose following
Revisit each standard / recommendation as experiment.
Tabulate the lessons learnt.
I hope that we can arrive some formulation of it.
4) I will be posting 1) and 2) on my blog at https://samirsrivastava.typepad.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" target="_blank">https://samirsrivastava.typepad.com also. Any comments here or on blog even anonymously are welcome.
Thanks
