Yes, I agree that might be the better idea as it would be anonymous and we can target this mini-survey given we have the email addresses of all free registrations (hoping that we would get a high answer rate).

Otherwise I would propose something like this:

This field is optional and not checked on registration. The information from this field will be only used after the meeting to better understand the needs of the community in preparation for the next meeting.
