Please add an example.  At the moment VERP is "specified" in
Wikipedia, maybe this draft could explain it for the IETF.

IMO this draft can simply do this "while at it".  After the
decision to break Message-Id it is straight forward to also
break the rest of the zoo not limited to List-Id.

Please strike or replace this IRIbis detail, for the purpose
of "legacy" (= existing) list tools only the "cannot punycode"
interpretation makes sense, other <iregname> constructs, i.e.,
stuff outside of LDH DNS, are not relevant for mailing lists.
