I think a 2 week WGLC, when one of the weeks is the week before the IETF
meeting draft deadline is a little short.  Most people are focused on
getting their own drafts updated and submitted prior to the draft cutoff
and most likely won't be looking for other drafts to read until after the
cutoff.
