Acknowledges, yes. Provides *useful* advice, no. That was my original
point. IMNSHO, useful advice would be "support PLPMTUD, and this
is how to do it." Otherwise, application developers are on their own.

As a motto for the Internet, yes. For the present draft, not so much.
