[Iot-directorate] New Non-WG Mailing List: iot-directorate

A new IETF non-working group email list has been created.

Purpose:

The [e-mail] mailing list is dedicated to the interactions among IoT Directorate members (in the Internet Area). This mailing list has the following settings:
- only IoT directorate [1] members (nominated by the responsible Area Director - [e-mail]) are members of this mailing list and can send messages to this mailing list;
- BUT, the email messages archive is now public at: https://mailarchive.ietf.org/arch/browse/iot-directorate/
- all webex, conference calls, ... are also public and every IETF participant is welcome as an observer [2] in those calls.

With these settings there should be more visibility of the Internet of Things activities related to the IETF.

[1] as most of the IETF directorates, the IoT one is always looking for new members. Please contact the responsible area director and the directorate chairs [e-mail] if you want to become part of the directorate.
[2] being an observer means to be in 'listen mode' only _except_ if asked to talk. This is mainly to keep the focus.
