At IETF113, the item:
  11:25   Initial Discussion about IoTOPS WG Deliverables
  (20 min; chairs)

fell off the agenda (I think) due to lack of time.
The chairs didn't provide any slides, so I can only guess about the topic.

I wonder if we need a virtual interim meeting on this topic,  or would a
email thread work?  I think that we are supposed to do a report for the IESG.
