Dear Authors,

Thanks for your work on this draft.

Question: would HTS work if the HTS follow-up packet is an ICMPv6
Loopback message? In this context ICMPv6 loopback is as defined in
https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-mcb-intarea-icmpv6-loopback/ .
Also note that the follow-up header and TLVs can be carried in an IPv6
option in the IPv6 header of the ICMPv6 Loopback message.

The advantage of this approach is that the telemetry information can
be collected in the IPv6 option of the Loopback request, and the
loopback responder sends this information back to the sender in the
ICMPv6 Loopback reply.

Note: this question is a follow-up to an offline discussion Greg and I
had in the past.

Cheers,
Tal.
