Hi all,

We just updated the draft which reflects the side-meeting discussion results from IETF104.
PBT-I is renamed as an IOAM mode,  PHP (Per Hop Postcard) mode. The common header fields are arranged to align with IOAM trace mode header and their specification are supposed to be specified in the IOAM data draft.
