Hi Martin and Brian, and IPPM, This version covers the IETF Last Call comments received, from Watson Ladd (SECDIR) and Stewart Bryant (RTGDIR). OPSDIR and GEN-ART are a week late, and with the beginning of the vacation period I didn't see a reason to wait around...
