Hello IPPM,

Thanks everyone for their input on the adoption of this draft! The chairs believe that it is the overall consensus of the group that this document should be adopted as a WG item. There were many good points and reviews raised, particularly around the loopback option. We would like to see this feedback incorporated into the draft-ietf-ippm-ioam-flags-00 version. We can continue iterating there.

Authors, please create an updated document and submit as a WG document.

Best,
Tommy (as IPPM co-chair)

If you do not support this, please send a message to the list explaining why.

The new draft was presented earlier this week and generated many comments. I feel that it would be right to discuss the draft and its relevance to the charter of the IPPM WG before starting WG adoption poll.
