Thank you for your feedback! It sounds like we do have consensus that this document is something we think is ready to progress, once several comments and nits are addressed.

Authors, please submit an updated version of draft when possible to address the feedback from José Ignacio, Joachim, Frank, and Greg. Once that had been done, we’ll submit this to the IESG.
