[ippm] Re: Working group last call for Quality of Outcome (draft-ietf-ippm-qoo)

Hi all,

I do support the draft and I consider ready for publication.

One question / comment form my side. It is not clear to me what could be the behavior of the QoO with adaptive applications that can accommodate e.g. the bit rate to the network conditions. In that case I presume that there are different thresholds, I mean, there are different levels of perfection. Or such adaptation is against one single / absolute perfection level determined by the more optimal conditions? Some words about how the adaptive applications behave with this framework would be great.
