Hi Tommy and Marcus,

I support Greg's suggestion here. If possible, it would be neat to progress
the two documents in parallel.
Several people have mentioned spending time
with draft-teigen-ippm-app-quality-metric-reqs-02 while reviewing the QoO
draft.
