Hi Tommy,

I'm very pleased to hear that! Thanks again to everyone who has read and
commented on the draft.

I think adding the contents of draft-teigen-ippm-app-quality-metric-reqs as
a background section will work very well. We'll aim to do that for the
draft-ietf-ippm-qoo-00 draft.
