Are Greg and Michael part of the Performance Metrics Directorate 
(perfmetrdir) at https://datatracker.ietf.org/group/perfmetrdir/about/ ?
Should they?

Background being my question: I need some advice/validation regarding 
new entries in the registry, from 
draft-ietf-opsawg-ipfix-on-path-telemetry 
<https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-opsawg-ipfix-on-path-telemetry/>.
This discussion should be with performance metrics directorate AND the 
experts, I guess.
