FYI,

A new version of the IP-TFS draft has been posted. This version incorporates changes requested by the WG (and from TSV folks) on the mailing list and at IETF 104. In particular:

- IKEv2 TFS Type transform type introduced.
- Notification Status Message for indicating dont-fragment.
- Congestion Control information is now sent in-band, instead of using IKE.
- Congestion Control information and text changed to align with published TCP friendly congestion control algorithms.
- Appendix illustrating how to implement TCP friendly CC algorithm.

Thanks,
Chris.

> Abstract:
> This document describes a mechanism to enhance IPsec traffic flow
> security by adding traffic flow confidentiality to encrypted IP
> encapsulated traffic. Traffic flow confidentiality is provided by
> obscuring the size and frequency of IP traffic using a fixed-sized,
> constant-send-rate IPsec tunnel. The solution allows for congestion
> control as well.
