Whoops!

I didn't read all the way to the end of Ran's message from Tuesday, so when
I responded to David Kemp's straw poll message, I didn't realize that I was
proposing to make editorial decisions prior to the deadline for the straw
poll (and without the benefit of the private responses to the poll).
Please ignore the deadline from my message.  I'll await the outcome of the
straw poll, as reported by Ran and Paul, before making the necessary edits
to AH and ESP.
