It is Ole who referred to leadership.  I suppose he referred indeed to 
Chairmanship and AD.

No, I did not.  I did however wrote publicly to Ole about about the 
problem he mentiond of lack of "permission-less extension of network", 
inthe v6ops WG.  I think it is worth putting that problem in our draft.

Dont hurry.  Re-read Ole's message.  He says these are topics to discuss 
(to 'circulate through').  That means there would be a time (a few 
weeks?) for header insertion discussion, then some other time for each 
of the topic in the list of topics.

So, I dont think there is a meeting.  I would just wait for the topics 
to be circulated through (maybe he meant 'round robin') on the public 
email list.
