The RA has the M reset and the O set.

It contains a "Recursive DNS Server Address" Option, and with lifetime 
9000 seconds.

I suppose then Windows is wrong to keep this address forever.

Or maybe it received just once from IETF an 'infinity' value in that 
field so it stays there forever.  It's a stretch though.
