Hi,

I support adoption of this draft as a WG item.

There is some ongoing work in the WLCG (the CERN experiment collaboration network) on packet marking to which the principles of this draft may be applicable, and about which I have emailed the authors.   

I note there is also the PDM RFC 8250 that defines a destination option, which is standards track rather than experimental.
