It is intended at informational. I thought I created it that way and never looked again.

The document presents architecture concepts. This should be useful in the discussion on IPv6 over modern foos. 

The document does not define protocols. It is not not even a problem statement, like the document Xipeng suggested we write.

If I republish I’ll fix that point. I do appreciate your reading the draft and your support.
