Hmm. Someone who looks at RFC7045 will just see:

Status:
     PROPOSED STANDARD
Updates:
     RFC 2460, RFC 2780

so they will only be redirected to this draft if they follow the breadcrumbs
--> RFC2460 --> RFC8200 --> RFC-hbh-processing

Of course, exactly what "Updates:" means also needs clarifying. (See draft-kuehlewind-rswg-updates-tag.)

I leave it with the authors and AD to decide.
