The problem with link-locals is that having to specify the "zone id" 
with the "Addr%iface" thing at times is nto friendly with some apps.

... in which case the server would have to be able to infer address 
properties, using macros or libraries such as the one in 
https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-gont-6man-ipv6-ula-scope-00#section-5.1
