Hello,
I reviewed this draft and I support the publication however I have two comments:

1- To avoid problem with current implementations or compatibility, I would suggest to change "Must in section 4 to less strong words like "SHOULD" or "RECOMMENDED".  I can either agree or disagree with people who suggested to have it as informational document. But it appears it gives more information about some attacks rather than a big change on protocol.

2- There are lot of typos in this document such as double "the", ICCMPV6, etc.
